Thanksgiving lunch/dinner & Black Friday prep. Had Thanksgiving lunch with the fambam (my mom is in the Philippines =[ ) and since Black Friday was the next day and BestBuy had a TV I wanted, I camped out with Toby. Hella cold and the line was long. We got to BB before 8 and there were hella people in line already. We heard that the people in front of the line were there since the day before. Anyways, waited for 8 hours out in the cold. When they started passing out some of the doorbuster tickets, I was kinda disappointed I didn't go for a laptop or something. When we got in, I knew where the TV was and we bounced. Doors opened at 5 & we got home before 6 Friday morning.

Went to Las Vegas to celebrate Nicole Epres's 21st birthday. Drove up to Riverside to meet up with Ken & Candyce, went for an alcy run, & headed to Vegas. Smooth sailing to the city of sin. Jon had us worried that we wouldn't have the luxury of crashing on a comfy bed after a lonnngg night, but he made it & we picked his ass up after circling the airport a billion times. Kinda proud to say I was able to drive around in Las Vegas =] Anyways, checked into the telly & cruised the strip. Loved the first night. Walking around & about. One of the things I remembered that kept happening was our search for the bathroom, hahaha..

First week of school is always the best week of the semester. Go through syllabi, leave class, and go home. Bunch of lower division classes so that I get financial aid money. Got the direct deposit last night, so I basically got my refund back. Weather was crazy all week. High 80s to mid 90s temperature and all my classes are hella far from where I park. As long as I'm away from home, I'm happy.
Well, I've been contemplating lately on whether to get a PS3. Price cut, built-in Blu-Ray player, and most of all, Final Fantasy VII?! I'm ready to kick ass with Cloud. But anyways, I need a tv first if I'm going to even consider buying a PS3.
Went to Sears after church today and saw the LCD TV I was planning on getting. I was a lil' undecided between the 22-in & 26-in, but after today I know I want the 26. It's awesome..

+1oo degree weather all week going on through (hopefully) Wednesday. The heat at night discombobulated the inner workings of my brain cells & I manage to take a few shots since I couldn't fall asleep. Fall '09 semester begins tomorrow, which'll be my 4th year at State. Phew, 3 years down, about 2 1/2 to go.
Shii, Trey Songz following in the footsteps of Fabolous. Hella pushing the album release hella times. Glad it's coming out soon. Gettin' mine from iTunes tonight. You should, eventually...

After church, Toby randomly suggests that we go to Las Vegas & Auntie Lyn and Uncle Ernie actually wanted to go. Went back to the house, 45mins later we were off to the most uncomfortable drive ever.August 16th Sunday
Got to Vegas in 6hrs & got a room in CircusCircus. I was actually surprised by how cheap it was. The only negative about the hotel was that it was off of the strip. After eating at McDonald's, Mariz Toby & I cruised the strip for like 3hrs. I had a lil' bit of alchy in my system so it was pretty fun for the first hr, lol. Kept tweeting about shit and when we had enough walking in the hella hot burning inferno of Las Vegas, headed back to the telly to crash.
Woke up pretty early & Auntie Lyn and I go downstairs to the slot machines to see if we could catch up with Uncle Ernie. Auntie gave me $10 & I lost it all. I get $5 from Uncle Ernie & I almost win it back, but Uncle Ernie kept pushing buttons and telling me to round it off. I coulda fucking had $4.67 instead of 2 bucks. FML.
After freshening up & checking out, went to eat at the buffet, which was surprisingly good. Chilled in the "arcade" area for awhile & headed back home. One thing I learned from this trip is to avoid being the driver. Shit is hella bakla...

Happy Birthday Lyndon! Del Mar Fair, then Denny's. Haven't been to the Del Mar Fair since I was like 10 or 11. That was like 10 years ago. Mannn, it was hot with a lot of walking. Ladies were takin' the day off or something, lol.June 27th Saturday
